At Inanya Foods, we take care to prepare, pack, and deliver our homemade pickles with quality and hygiene. We want you to receive your order in good condition.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or leaking

  • Broken during delivery

  • Incorrect product

  • Missing from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Please share:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our food products, opened or used pickle products cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

Returns may be considered only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

3. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed to the original payment method or through another mutually agreed payment method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

4. Replacement

Where appropriate, Inanya Foods may offer a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product.

Replacement availability may depend on stock.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We generally cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Products that have been opened or consumed

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
